“Hey so I ordered a Puffco atomizer and a budsy and when I got the order it was instead the budsy and a puffco hot knife. I sent them a message and within 30 minutes if not less, they replied and let me know they sent me a knife by mistake . Rest assured they mailed me the atomizer I originally ordered that SAME day!! They didn’t even ask for the hot knife back!!! I’m flabbergasted by their generosity for such a small mistake . Wicked customer service will definitely order from them again.
