To the Cloud Vapor Store Accepts Returns on all Vaporizers in Conjuncture with our Trial period, Exchanges & Buyback Program

Warranty

New items are sold with the manufacturer’s original warranty. If your unit develops a malfunction please contact the manufacturer of your device for repair. We are always happy to help with any technical questions, troubleshooting  or problems you may have or if you need help contacting the manufacturer of your device.

Most Glass Parts & Accessories are not covered under any warranty.  Please make sure to inspect any glass purchases and report any issues  before 72 hours after receipt.

Previously operated (used)  and refurbished vaporizers are sold with a 6 month (180 Day)  warranty in which repair or a  replacement item may be issued for the defective unit. Vaporizers  must meet the conditions of the original manufacturer warranty and may not have incurred any damage outside of normal use. Any vaporizers showing physical or water damage will not be eligible for warranty.

In the event a vaporizer is returned for warranty but is found to be in working order, a  fee will be incurred to cover the cost of return shipment and reshipment of the device. Should the purchasing party decline the return of their functioning unit, the unit will be refunded concurrent with the trial period or market rate for which  To the Cloud Vapor Store would purchase the device under our Trade In Program. (whichever is the greater amount of the two)

In the event no used item is available for an exchange and repair cannot be completed, buyer will be offered a refund equivalent to the purchase price.
Our Refurbished Vaporizer are inspected, tested, disinfected and cleaned prior to shipping. If you receive a refurbished  vaporizer that you feel is not in acceptable condition please email us at support@tothecloudvaporstore.com  with the order number in the subject line  within 72 hours of receipt and we will investigate.

Rules and Regulations of Trial periods, Exchanges and Buybacks

For this agreement the term “buyer” and “renter” are interchangeable and apply to the individual who has purchased the device. No other individuals or parties may enact the benefits of the trial period other than the original buyer.

The trial period begins on the date the tracking number shows the item as delivered and will continue for allotted period – up to 60 days.

Month 1 is automatically applied once the unit is delivered. Any items being returned after month one, but in between the 2nd month term will incur a pro-rated rent equivalent in ratio to the monthly rate.

Returns on trial period items must be shown as shipped in transit within (3) business days from when buyer chooses to end trial period or deposit will be charged at the pro-rated trial period rate.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the original item purchased. Original accessories to include original packaging must be present. Additional fees will be incurred at the market rate for missing or destroyed items.

A cleaning fee will be deducted if item shows excessive build beyond typical use or has been used with products that jeopardize the unit’s performance.

Return shipping on trial period items, exchange items or buybacks are paid for by the party using To the Cloud’s services. To the Cloud Vapor store is not responsible for packages – whether exchanges or rentals – which incur damages or are lost in transit. We strongly recommend having the shipment packed with sufficient protection and insured for the value of the item.

Additional  accessories & parts purchased in addition with the vaporizer which have been used cannot be returned under the trial period. We can accept accessories & parts which have not been used for return at a restocking fee of 25% of MSRP. These include items such as batteries , screens , liquid pads and other ancillary devices used in support of the vaporizer.

 

Any fees unrecoverable due to transactions outside of www.tothecloudvaporstore.com will be incurred by returning party.

Cancellations

If a customer cancels an order, cancelled orders which have not shipped will incur a 4% fee if using a credit card and a 8% fee if using Sezzle.  Cancelled orders which have already shipped, are returned undeliverable or are returned unused with an RMA will incur a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item’s MSRP price or the shipping costs and associated transaction fee. For example a $70 purchase that is shipped with a $12 shipping cost will incur the $12 shipping charge plus the associated fee charged by the credit card company or Sezzle. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs on returns of cancelled orders should the item not have been returned to  VaporCatch Inc. (DBA To the Cloud Vapor Store). For return to sender or denied packages buyer will incur the costs associated with shipping to and back to To the Cloud Vapor Store.

Cancelled orders which To the Cloud Vapor Store cannot fulfill will be refunded at 100% of the customer’s purchase price and will incur no fee.
