All products listed on the Website are intended for legal use only. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of the products offered on this Website.

Customers are required to promptly report any defective or broken products purchased from www.tothecloudvaporstore.com within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival. Failure to report such defects within this specified timeframe may limit Website’s ability to replace  or offer  remedies outside of manufacturer’s warranty for dead on arrival deliveries. Please refer to our [Warranty Policy] for more detailed information regarding product warranties and returns.

To the Cloud Vapor Store is an authorized retailer of all brands we carry and all new items will come with manufacturer’s warranty. If your purchase has developed a defect after 72 hours please contact the manufacturer for warranty.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes should a warranty be needed. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on returning products from outside your country.

Cancellations and Returns:

Cancellations: Customers may request order cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [suport@tothecloudvaporstore.com or 888-659-3372].

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If payment has processed and cleared Website will charge a 3% credit card fee on the refund for domestic transactions and 5.25% for international transactions. Any cancellations of purchases through Sezzle will be subject to a 5% fee.

Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from www.tothecloudvaporstore.com. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the item to initiate a return. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your return efficiently. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Items which are returned to sender whether refusing delivery, incorrect address or no recipient available will be refunded to the original payment method less any corresponding transaction and shipping fees the following Friday after said packages are received by sender.

Items which have not been opened and are still in original seal may be returned within 30 days less shipping and processing fee. Items which have been opened are considered trial period returns. Please see trial period return policy here.

Potentially Fraudulent Purchases:

To maintain the security of our transactions and prevent potential fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to verify the billing and shipping addresses provided during the checkout process. In cases where the billing and shipping addresses differ, additional verification may be required.
