How to Request a Vaporizer Price Beat

Email us – Shoot us an email to support@tothecloudvaporstore.com and write “Price match” in the subject line. Include a link to the item you are looking to purchase so we can verify and then follow up with instructions on how to pay for the price match.

Terms and conditions

We will do our best to beat the prices from all competitors. For us to do this the item must be the same make and model vaporizer in the same condition  as the one requested for the best price , For example we will not price beat an Arizer SOLO 2 with  a competitor’s offer an an original Arizer SOLO.

The vendor must be an authorized US based online retailer (we will not price match unauthorized vendors, wholesalers or anything sold on  platforms such as Ebay or Amazon which are sold without warranty)

The item must be a brand new vaporizer and carry the same warranty as the vaporizers offered by To the Cloud Vapor Store. We may adjust our current offer to exclude free promotional items with a vaporizer of ours to accommodate your price beat.

The item has to be available for immediate sale. We will not price beat items which are out of stock or on backorder from a competitor or vendor’s who claim they need a month lead time to ship your order. 

We will price beat the total offer. For example if the competitor’s vaporizer is priced at $439 but the shipping is $40, we will beat the total price of $479.
