Free Shipping Details

To the Cloud Vapor Store offers FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States as well as to  Hawaii,  Alaska and Puerto Rico. We ship using UPS or USPS and each item is shipped with the best possible option taking size, shipping speed and quality assurance into consideration. Most orders will arrive within 4-5 business days after being shipped. We cannot give specific times or guarantees with free shipping. By using free shipping you are accepting carrier delays  which may be out of To the Cloud Vapor Store’s control. Concurrent with UPS and USPS policies we must wait two weeks from when parcel was showed in custody of carrier to file a missing claim. All vaporizer orders and larger dollar amount purchases will come with signature required, this ensures purchasing party receives their order and indemnifies To the Cloud Vapor Store from any loss due to fraud or theft.

21+ Insurance & Coverage

Select items may be subject to additional charges which cannot be waived. These premiums reflect services which guarantee safe and secure delivery to recipient and ensure that no unauthorized party or anyone under the age of 21 years of age is able to take receipt of goods.

Processing

There is an average 24-48 hour (1-2 business day) turn-around on processing and shipping on orders. Orders go out after 3pm PST daily – Monday Through Friday. Friday orders may not be processed until Monday.  Refurbished items may take longer to process due to quality control measures to ensure your device meets the standard set forth. Processing times are in business days. In order to get your order your order to you as quickly as possible, To the Cloud Vapor Store may send from different warehouses if sufficient stock does not exist in a single warehouse. To the Cloud Vapor Store will note this on the shipment with marking 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. 

Fraud Confirmation (Different Shipping Address from Billing, P.O Boxes and Freight Forwarders)

To the Cloud Vapor Store is happy to accommodate shipping to a different address from the billing address associated with the credit card. We also are happy to accommodate international orders and foreign credit card transactions shipping to freight forwarding boxes. These orders may be subject to additional fraud verification to ensure the cardholder has authorized the purchase. Recipient must be 21 years of age or older and must be present to sign for parcel.

Expedited Orders

If you wish to have your order expedited please select 1-2 day shipping at checkout. As a reminder selecting this option on a Friday will cause it to go out expedited on Monday. 

Need it Even Faster ? If you would like to have your order overnighted please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate. Given our fulfillment times and overnight services not operating over the weekend 1-2 day Express may be your best option. 

International Orders

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world with a verifiable address and a delivery service which will deliver to the location. Please note there may be additional fees incurred via your country’s import duties. To the Cloud Vapor Store is not responsible for additional fees incurred by your country’s import policies and customs agencies and we highly encourage you to contact them in regards to extra fees and delivery time.  

We also may take additional time to fraud verify international orders to certain countries.

Discreet Shipping

Orders will always be sent in official carrier packaging or brown box.  Return address will be marked as To the Cloud,  2888 Loker Ave E, Carlsbad, CA 92010. Contents of the package will not be noticeable from the outside nor will any logos or keywords.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Orders

To the Cloud Vapor Store does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items which show positive signature confirmation receipt by customer delivered to the correct address. If your delivery shows signed for but is missing please contact the appropriate carrier.

If you encounter loss where signature was not required or collected please reach out to us at support@tothecloudvaporstore.com so we can file a claim and send out a replacement.  in certain circumstances, we may need to wait until the carrier has completed their investigation before a replacement can be sent.

If your package arrives damaged please report to To the Cloud Vapor Store within 72 hours of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after this time frame has passed. Please do not discard any of the original packaging or shipping materials in which the order arrived in until the carrier is able to investigate and retrieve the item.
