Our Story

To the Cloud Vapor Store started long before it was ever meant to be the web’s top-rated vaporizer retailer.

It all began with founder Tyler Browne, who picked up his third vaporizer. A used Classic Volcano in college in 2008 after trying out the car plugin coil and the infamous wooden box vape. He sold it after graduation, thinking corporate America wouldn’t be so kind to his college ways. But it didn’t take long to realize that having a “big boy job” didn’t mean giving up Volcano bags on the weekend—so he bought another. That sparked a cycle: buy a vaporizer, try it out, sell it, repeat. It became a way to explore everything the vaporizer scene had to offer.

By 2014, after countless transactions and a growing knowledge of the vaporizer industry, the operations manager at Storz & Bickel’s Oakland location suggested he take the next step: Get a reseller’s license and set up a wholesale account. And just like that, To the Cloud Vapor Store was born.

Still owned and operated by Tyler today, the store reflects his personal journey—rooted in curiosity, passion, and a genuine love for helping people find the right vaporizer for their needs.

To the Cloud Vapor Store remains a small veteran owned and operated business in San Diego, CA with a handful of local and remote employees.

What began as a personal pursuit quickly evolved into a successful small business : to make the best vaporizers accessible to everyone.
