The Davinci IQ2 is the most refined vaporizer from Davinci. The IQ2 is a portable Bluetooth compatible herb vaporizer which can be used for concentrates but is not primarily intended for that. It boasts some neat upgrades over it’s predecessor , the Davinci IQ and is one of the highest rated portable herb vaporizers on the market at the moment.

Build
The IQ2 adds on to where it left off with the original IQ. The body has been updated to a sleeker more eye capturing brushed aluminum. The herb chamber is 20% thicker giving more power to your oven while eating up less of your battery. However Davinci stuck with the recipe for success , DaVinci IQ2 Vaporizer takes advantage of the beneficial properties Zirconia offers to vaporizers. Zirconia is more resistant to wear and tear than ceramic and has a temperature capacity up to 4000 degrees (°F) and can be found in the IQ2’s mouthpiece, flavor chamber and elsewhere.

Function
The IQ2 functions via conduction heating with a large narrow chamber and chamber pearl giving volumuos hits while evenly baking your herb. Zirconia also offers it’s benefits to flavor with the Zirconia flavor chamber being removable. You can input herbs, spices and other organic materials into the flavor chamber which will not combust, but enhance the flavor of your vapor, acting as an air path infuser. This is a game changer for taste and the IQ2 is one of the best session conduction vaporizers for texture and flavor.

Session
Beyond providing the basic aspects of a good conduction vaporizer, the Davinci IQ2 has added an adjustable airflow dial and a chamber pearl with 30% more reach. Taking the bluetooth capabilities to another level (when the app comes back) the Davinci IQ2’s app will let you know when you have reached your desired dose of medication , by you inputting your strain potency and desired effect into the app.
Beyond all the add ons , the Davinci IQ2 much like the Davinci IQ are just great vaporizers to input a good amount of herb and puff away.

A 3500 MaH removable battery allows you to charge from the unit or separately and change your battery out on the go. Even better the battery is not OEM specific and is rather inexpensive compared to other high end vaporizer batteries.

power up
Click on the main power button 5 times. The up and down buttons will allow you to select your ideal temperature directly from the device. You DO NOT need to integrate with your smart phone to change the DaVinci IQ’s temperature.This also includes the DaVinci IQ2 Vaporizer’s special features which can be summoned via the main control button.

Know your dose technology
While we have been one to balk at the smart phone apps and their lack of true functionality beyond changing the temperature , the Davinci IQ2 went out on a limb and proved us wrong.
The IQ2 app lets you input your strain’s potency and set up a desired dose or effect. When you reach that level you are then alerted.

The Davinci IQ2’s enhancements give it some extra versatility when determining what kind of vapor you get. That being said the IQ and IQ2 vaporizers give off more voluminous and hefy vapor.

And I am more than happy with both I am more than happy with the price, if you look these over , someone with passion dreamed this up and made it happen for all of us.
I... did my research b4 buying and with potable vapes needing to get to 400 in 30 seconds takes a lot of juice. And the material is top quality, being able to swap batteries is a must for me. I have 8 batteries now and everything is fine.
DaVinci will always get some bad reviews, can’t please everyone. I can’t wait for the latest

Sorry, nothing against the merchant tothecloud.com but Davinci products are complete junk. The do not last, fall apart, malfunction constantly. The Davinci support is completely useless and rude. Please think twice about this product. It looks nice in the box but other than that its... utter frustration.

I have bought and tried a few of the big boys like the Mighty, Firefly 2+, Tera and Pax 3. I bought one for my wife because she didn’t want something big or awkward. It is small, but oh boy does it hit... just as hard as the others I mentioned. In fact I liked it so much, that within 1 hour I decided to return my Mighty for one of these for myself. Get the extra batteries and external charger. You can plug it in and use it while charging which blows a lot others away with just this feature. The overall quality of this thing is just insane. So happy with it. Thank you To The Cloud! You make the whole experience worth while in very professional manner!

Bought this as an upgrade to my original IQ and there are a few minor updates that are fairly decent. Taste is much smoother. I am about 20+ bowls in and the taste is still superb, I don’t expect it to be any different a... few months down the road. Cleaning is still a bit tiresome but the trade off is worth it.
I recommend a charger and an extra battery or two in order to avoid waiting between sessions. It is a game changer from how I did it before with charging using the device only.
The airflow path is a bit gimmicky but it does cool down your inhale and you can feel when you have taken in the hit of your “botanicals”.
You can save money by picking up the original IQ, as they are virtually identical but if you need the newest bells and whistles then look no further.
If you are an iPhone user you have no app support at the time of review as no vape products have app support but from what I understand the new app that goes with this vape has some dosage stuff, which I hear is cool but tedious.

I don’t understand Mr. Abel’s 1 star review because I’m here to buy another DaVinci IQ2 after mine was stolen. I shopped around and tested before buying a DaVinci and here is why I did:
Conveniently small! Hides easier than a small cellphone.
I like to... vape when I want – this doesn’t always include legal venues. Concerts, clubs, bathroom at work, whatever. I can hide this in my hand and hit it like I’m rubbing chapstick on my lips, and have never been caught. Stick it to da man.
Haptic indication just like my cellphone text buzz tells me when my chamber is hot n’ ready.
Lightweight but still not a plastic POS. I hate plastic. I don’t mix fire and plastic or heating and plastic. Having worked in the plastics industry, you don’t want to heat it and smoke from it, trust me. You’re putting enough in your lungs as it is. Let’s go tumor free as long as possible.
Smart design. Whoever designed this was thinking along the same lines as me. Replaceable removable battery. Bring a spare just like a magazine for your AK and keep firing away. Replaceable removable weed chamber – a little cylinder that you can tailor fill with your favorite flower, oils, concentrates, whatever, mate. And because it’s removable it keeps the oven clean and is a snap to reload.
The only con I have is – the exterior is a brushed aluminum and I would prefer something textured so it would stick in the hand better. It is smooth and tends to fall and drop as much as my bastard iPhone, but besides a few street dents and road rash, is still cooking up my bud just fine.
