  The Volcano Hybrid has added a whip (or hose) which allows you to draw directly from the unit. This requires no fan assist and no wait time. The new attachment permits you to pull at your own accord, and given the standoff while the standoff distance of your herb from the heating element offers amazing flavor through pure convection. This allows for true on-demand ease without the need for much breath control. Hybrid also has almost no learning curve, as is required with some of the more complicated on-demand convection portable vaporizers.

  One gripe on the Classic and Digital Volcano Vaporizers was the rather long heat up time. If you wanted to vape your herb in the low 400 °Fs you would be waiting around 5 minutes to reach temperature.   The Volcano Hybrid can be controlled via blue tooth.  it is great to have the Hybrid sync with an app for 2 reasons. Convenience and Authenticity.

  The App doesn’t just let you turn on your Volcano and adjust the temperature, but you can now customize pump times in a decently quick timeframe. This also means that over a specific time window you can have certain temperatures reached with corresponding  fan timings. The App itself also provides you with useful information about your Hybrid and ensures you are not buying a fake.

• Touch Display and Buttons

  Adjusting the temperature and fan speed is a breeze with the Volcano Hybrid as all these settings can be modified on the app! However, not everyone likes to bust out a smart phone to enjoy their herb and Storz & Bickel thought of them too: the new display makes adjusting your vaporizer manually just as easy.

• Chamber Capacity

  The Volcano Hybrid features a lock in place ceramic coated herb chamber which is capable of holding .5 grams. Depending on temperature and/  or length of the whip pull you can get upwards of 20+ draws from a fully packed chamber.
