Charged for hours, green lights all around but no power to the cartridge. Support said they would send me a replacement but it has been waiting for pickup for almost a week.The support here has been terrible, no phone access, if you do find … someone on the live chat it takes 5 minutes to get a response and email support has not replied. Probably not a great time to send an email requesting a review when you can’t send an email to help with my out of the box dead battery.
