Rentals

Every vaporizer unit we sell is eligible for our rental program of up to (3) months.

  • No need to sign up or enroll
  • The rental starts on the day you receive your item
  • First month’s rent is automatically deducted once order is placed

  • Items must be returned with all original accessories and components or additional charges will be incurred.
  • After 1st month rental rate will be pro rated based on date item is marked as returned

1.) Buy a used Classic Volcano with solid valve for $399.99

2.) Use it for 2 months

3.) Return the item and get $279.99 back

 

Example

1.) Buy a new Digital Volcano with solid valve for $599.99

2.) Use it for a month

3.) Return the item and get $449.99 back

 

Returns

Please research the product you are interested or reach out to a member of our customer service team with any questions you may have prior to purchasing   Support@tothecloudvaporstore.com.

If seeking a full refund the item must be returned unused within seven days after delivery. Products returned outside of the seven day window or items which have been opened and or used will be treated as rentals. To the Cloud Vapor Store reserves the right to charge the respective rental rate on items that do not meet the return criteria.

Returns must acquire a return authorization code. This can be done by emailing orders@tothecloudvaporstore.com .

 

 Exchanges

To the Cloud Vapor Store is seeking to maximize your customer experience. We are happy to announce you can trade in your old unit for store credit and try out any new or used vaporizers we have. Simply fill out the form in the exchanges tab and one of our representatives will follow up with you shortly to give you an offer. Once an offer is accepted send your unit it and once your vape is processed we’ll send you a custom promo code.

 

Rules governing Warranty, Returns, Rentals & Exchanges 

For this agreement the term “buyer” and “renter” are interchangeable and apply to the individual who has purchased the device. No other individuals or parties may enact the benefits of the rental period other than the buyer. The rental period begins on the date the tracking number shows the item as delivered and will continue for set amount of days respective to the item’s description. Any items being returned in between the monthly term past the 30th day will incur a pro-rated rent equivalent in ratio to the monthly rate. Returns on rentals must be shown as shipped in transit within (1) business days of the end of rental period or deposit will be charged at the pro-rated rental rate. This only applies to items rented longer than one month. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle all aspects of shipping on rentals, returns and exchanges. To include packaging, insuring and tracking shall buyer see fit. To the Cloud Vapor store is not responsible for packages – whether exchanges, rentals or returns – which incur damages or are lost in transit. Additional fees will be deducted if item has missing parts, arrives damaged, shows excessive build up or has been used with products that jeopardize the unit’s performance. First month rental fee is automatically applied (7) seven days after item is delivered, or item is used. Items which break or malfunction are covered under To the Cloud Vapor Store’s warranty of the same length of their rental period and manufacturer warranty on new items. Renter will be charged for the time in which he or she has used the item. Items cannot be physically damaged or show signs of operator error. Any malfunctions must be reported Support@tothecloudvaporstore.com within 24 hours of occurrence. Any questions please contact one of our support staff and we will be glad to assist.
