The Firefly 2 arrives in an Apple-esque package with the top of the unit easily removed. You are best grinding up your herb coarsely and filling the chamber 3/4 to all the way full. The different temperature profiles can be selected from your app and with the higher heat setting producing larger clouds of vapor and the lower settings being more mellow and resulting in reduced throat agitation. The unit arrived used and very dirty, with batteries that will barely hold a charge. Overall, I can tell that it is a solid device and I really enjoy using it. However, I was highly disappointed with the condition in which this “refurbished” device given... to me.

Love this Firefly 2… I had purchased one from China and was having some issues, so I called To The Cloud and Tyler explained that it was probably a clone. Fooled me since the packaging and device were the same as an authentic. Even though... it was a clone it worked well considering. After several more conversations with Tyler (great customer service) I decided to get a pre-owned. Again it worked perfectly without the issues of the other one. I really am grateful for the time Tyler took to help me and explain the other similar devices that I considered before deciding to go with the Firefly 2 again. I will definitely be back when I need to get another device. Thanks again Tyler!!!

The Firefly 2 is a great unit. Easy to use after a little practice and really easy to clean. The on-demand convection hearing allows you to to take a few hits but not need to finish a bowl. So great for solo use. Vapor is... as smooth straight from the unit as it would be through a glass water rig. If I had only one vape for dry herb, this would be it.

As far as on-demand vaporizers go, Firefly is in first place. I prefer to take my hits sparingly; most convection vaporizers are what I like to call “session” vapes as opposed to “on-demand”. Session vapes are on-the-whole easier to use, but you’re stuck vaping whole... bowl at once essentially as even if you turn off the session vape, it is still designed to retain heat for a long while and will continue cooking the bowl. Firefly however allows you to take one hit and leave the bowl behind for however long, without consequence. That said you can still use the firefly for several consecutive hits and get excellent vapor quality, if you’re willing to work for it.
There is a sacrifice to be made for on-demand vaping. The bowl must be stoked very often, while most session vapes will cook thoroughly without any stoking required. This means more conspicuity in public and more difficulty when using in the dark. -
I was a proud owner of pax 1, pax 2 both from the cloud vapor store. I was very happy with the service and prices when buying a firefly 2. The fire fly 2 is a great product well built and heats up fast for... the small amount you use in it compared to the other two items from site. Pros flavor, controlable through app or device, heats fast, cleans easy, less product used, easy clean, and replaceable battery comes with two, all replacement parts are on the site. Cons, rubber gasket used on the top loose from cleaning with provided alcohol wipes, clean more often than other vapes, battery life has to charge after every session, and after about 5 good draws you have to mix your product with the cleaning brush and pic.
Overall a great buy worth a shot at affordable prices and coupons all the time. Great people at to the cloud vape store helped me change from pax brand to firefly 2 with ease.

So I was looking for a convection vaporizer and in doing my homework saw they all were more problematic than the conduction vaporizers. I landed on the Firefly 2 as a trusted brand , but then when shopping around saw To the Clouds sold used... ones. Then I saw I could send it back if I didn’t like it. I was a bit skeptical so I called in and spoke with a young gentlemen who was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. Two days later I had my Firefly 2 and wow I must say it looked like it had never been used. The vaporizer works great and there is no need to upgrade to a new one as I originally intended. However the icing on the cake was the service from these guys. I will no doubt be a customer for life

I really enjoy my refurbished firefly 2. Having owned a Pax 3 for a couple of years I was in the market for something that I could hit sparingly and not feel obliged to finish off the bowl all at once. I was pleasantly surprised... with the fast delivery time from To the Clouds and aside from some very slight scratches on the bottom of the firefly 2 it was in excellent condition. The firefly 2 is great at producing a beautiful flavorful vapor once you get the hang of proper grind and properly packing the bowl. The only complaint I have is that it seems to require a slight bit more cleaning than my Pax and loading it can be a bit messier, but those are minor issues. Overall would definitely recommend a new or used firefly 2 or 2+ from To the Cloud and will definitely be a return customer.
